Before you start.

Do I have to submit a listing to research a property?

No. Paid members search the available permit editions by address, city or activity without submitting a sale listing. Listing submission is an optional, separate way to advertise a home you are authorized to represent.

Are these all the homes for sale?

Homes for sale come from reviewed agent submissions. A complete MLS feed is not connected. Permit activity by itself does not indicate that a property is for sale.

Which Toronto and GTA cities have records?

The GTA search covers all 25 municipalities as options. Connected permit editions currently include Toronto, Brampton and Mississauga. Other GTA municipalities may have no records yet. Check current coverage.

Can I rely on this as a complete property history?

Records cover available report editions. Confirm completed work, inspections, legal occupancy and future development rights with the municipality and relevant professionals before relying on a record.

How do I publish a sale listing?

Submit your authorized listing with its current source and business contact details. It remains private until reviewed. Once approved, members can view it. Approval and timing are not guaranteed; approved listings expire after 30 days unless renewed after another check.
