These terms govern your access to and use of Toronto Permit Leads. By joining or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Toronto Permit Leads provides private website access to organized building-permit reports and related business-research information for contractors, trades, suppliers and construction professionals. Reports are updated weekly. Listed coverage areas may change, and available records and data fields vary by municipality. A private access link is sent to the work email used to join.
Property research and sale listings
Property research groups available residential permit records by address and jurisdiction. These records are not a complete property history and do not establish completed inspections, lawful occupancy, future development rights or sale status. Homes-for-sale entries are reviewed agent submissions; nationwide MLS coverage is not connected. Approved listings are viewable by paid members. Confirm price, availability and property details with the listing agent.
Submit only listings, descriptions, photos and business contact details you are authorized to publish on this website. By submitting, you grant permission for us to display the submitted advertising content and contact details after review. Notify support promptly when details change or a property is no longer available. Reviewed listings expire after 30 days unless renewed after another check. We may reject or remove submissions that cannot be verified.
Membership access
One permit example is available publicly. Full search, property and permit details, reviewed sale listings and downloads require an active paid membership within the purchased scope. New members choose a paid monthly plan through Stripe. Access begins after successful payment and continues while the subscription remains active. Complimentary and trial accounts do not unlock full research; an active paid plan is required.
Paid plans
Published plan prices are monthly and in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Plan features, seat limits and pricing may change for future purchases. Any paid subscription terms, billing schedule and taxes will be shown before payment. You may cancel future renewals through Manage subscription in your member account, or request assistance by emailing support before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access continues until then. Cancellation does not undo charges already incurred except where required by law.
Availability
We may update, suspend or discontinue features or access. We will not charge you for a paid plan without your express agreement through checkout. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Permitted use
Your membership is for your own business use. You may research and contact potential opportunities lawfully. You may not share your private access link or member session, resell or redistribute the database, publish substantial portions of it, use automated scraping tools, interfere with the service, or use the information for unlawful, deceptive or harassing activity.
Outreach compliance
You are responsible for your own outreach and for complying with Canada’s anti-spam and privacy laws, including consent, sender identification and unsubscribe requirements where applicable. Access to a lead or public record does not by itself establish consent to receive marketing.
Public information and no guarantee
Permit information is drawn from public sources and may be delayed, incomplete, changed or inaccurate. A permit is not a guaranteed job, sales lead, contract or indication that a recipient wants to be contacted. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
Municipal data attribution
Contains information licensed or made available under applicable municipal open-data terms, including the Open Government Licence – Toronto. Toronto Permit Leads independently organizes these records for contractor research.
Availability and changes
We may update the service, correct data, remove content, or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security or legal reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, results or fitness for a particular purpose. Toronto Permit Leads is not liable for lost opportunities, outreach results, decisions made from the information, or indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
