    Join and choose your search

Inspect one public example, then choose a paid membership. Members open residential property research for address, property type and activity filters, or permit leads by city for your trade. Check current coverage first.

  2. 02

    Open the details

Review the address, recorded scope, permit dates, municipal status and source links. Agents can use additions, conversions and renovations to identify questions for sellers and the municipality. Contractors can check trade fit, including trucking and hauling scopes.

    Build your research shortlist

Single City members research one chosen connected city for $49 CAD/month. Core includes all connected editions for $199 CAD/month. Save properties and permits and download research within your plan. Use your checkout email to sign in, then set an optional password in Account security.

Give your listing permit context.

Agents can submit an authorized home for sale for free review. Approved listings show members the asking price, source listing and agent business contact details alongside matching permit records where available. Membership is not required for submission; approval and publication timing are not guaranteed.

Know your coverage.

Ontario includes verified public business contacts where matched. Matched Buffalo records include public business phones from the city’s active contractor-licence register, with source and check dates. Other U.S. names appear where published; independently verified contact coverage varies. A permit does not confirm available work—check the project status before approaching a business.

Property research covers available permit editions, not a complete history or inspection report. Confirm completed work, occupancy and development rights with the relevant authority. Sale listings come from reviewed agent submissions; a full MLS feed is not connected.
