Toronto Permit Leads helps contractors find permit leads and real estate agents, buyers and investors research residential properties. We organize municipal records and include verified public business contacts for some Ontario records. We are not a municipality, a project owner or the contractor hiring for a listed project.

We typically respond within two business days. Include the work email used to join, but never send a password or government ID by email.
Current coverage
The Ontario permit report covers Toronto, Brampton, Barrie and Mississauga. Core also includes our separate U.S. permit search, with expanded city coverage, trucking and hauling scopes, and matched Buffalo business-licence phones. See the current record totals on the coverage page. Oakville is a separate permit supplement and Aurora a planning watchlist. Check each coverage page for its source and reporting period.
The public U.S. source directory links to official sources across all 50 states and DC. See current coverage for connected city reports and record counts. Access help
Open Member access and use the email address from checkout. Sign in with your password or a secure email link. After your first sign-in, create an optional password in Account security. If an email link does not arrive, check your junk folder, then email support from that same address.
Single City includes full permit and residential research in your purchased connected city for $49 CAD/month. Core covers all connected editions for $199 CAD/month. Both include one person, account-saved properties and permits, and CSV downloads within the purchased scope. Start at Properties or For agents. One public example is available at Example. Agent listing submissions
Submit an authorized home for sale for free review. Membership is not required. Approval and publication timing are not guaranteed. Approved listings are viewable by paid members, use agent business contact details and expire after 30 days unless renewed after another check. Email support with the listing address and source URL for updates, corrections or removal.
Homes for sale are reviewed agent submissions; a full MLS feed is not connected. Permit research is not a complete property history. Confirm current sale status with the agent and planning, inspections and occupancy with the relevant authority.
Project or contact corrections
Send the municipality, permit number and the detail that needs correction. A listed business may already be appointed to the project; contact them directly to confirm whether work is available.
Billing or cancellation
Paid memberships are billed monthly through Stripe. Manage your subscription to cancel future renewals yourself. Sign in with your checkout email, open Stripe and confirm cancellation before the next renewal. Your access continues through the period you have already paid for.
