Source directory and searchable member records are different. This directory links official public sources. Our collected records, full search and downloads require a paid membership; one example is available publicly. Each source covers its named jurisdiction; it does not cover the whole state. Some sources require manual search, and some publish older reports. See the U.S. records already connected to member search.

Official City of Portland ArcGIS API individual records and distinct types fetched. Broad source includes residential/commercial, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire, signs, site development, land use, public works and urban forestry, plus non-lead inquiry/enforcement records. Fields: application identifier, permit/type/work descriptions, address, status, issued/final dates, valuations and detail URL. Max date query found an invalid 2109 issue date; require dates <= current date and exclude non-permit/enforcement categories. Do not infer statewide coverage.

City-published catalog documents API/CSV from2007 onward and permit contractor data. Direct Carto JSON sample and distinct permittype query succeeded. Records include permitnumber, permitissuedate, status, address/zip, permittype, commercialorresidential, typeofwork, approvedscopeofwork, contractorname/address and opa_owner. Some historical types use code labels such as BP_ALTER and EP_ELECTRL. Large CSV timed out via web, so prefer paginated SQL WHERE date with stable ordering. Philadelphia city only, not statewide.

Official town https://www.middletownri.gov/158/Building-Zoning-Department explicitly gives Search For Records instructions by address, permit number or plat/lot. Attachments may exist, permits before2017 have limited information. Vendor direct HTTP returned403; individual records not verified. No bulk API confirmed. Statewide portal directory lists participating municipalities but is not one verified statewide bulk feed.

Includes roof, windows, decks, solar and remodeling within building descriptions, plus fences/zoning entries. GIS metadata verified for residential/commercial building permits since September 2014, with address, permit number/type/status/work class, dates, valuation and contractor name. GIS individual query verified, newest issue date October 7, 2026; HTML table is one day ahead. GIS contractor_name can be null, so use HTML table for published contractor values where available. Sioux Falls only.

This is building scope; epermits.nashville.gov public inquiry separately supports trade permits. Nashville/Davidson coverage only; source is now ArcGIS rather than historical Socrata URL.

GET verified real issued October 8 2026 mechanical and plumbing/irrigation permits. City metadata describes building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and driveway/sidewalk permits. Fields permit_number, permit_type_desc, permit_class, work_class, permit_location, description, issue_date, status_current, original_city/state/zip, jurisdiction, contractor_company_name/full_name/phone and link to original record. Some rows lie in Austin ETJ and neighboring postal cities; retain jurisdiction field. No statewide Texas claim.
