Source directory and searchable member records are different. This directory links official public sources. Our collected records, full search and downloads require a paid membership; one example is available publicly. Each source covers its named jurisdiction; it does not cover the whole state. Some sources require manual search, and some publish older reports. See the U.S. records already connected to member search.
Official town https://www.middletownri.gov/158/Building-Zoning-Department explicitly gives Search For Records instructions by address, permit number or plat/lot. Attachments may exist, permits before2017 have limited information. Vendor direct HTTP returned403; individual records not verified. No bulk API confirmed. Statewide portal directory lists participating municipalities but is not one verified statewide bulk feed.
