Source directory and searchable member records are different. This directory links official public sources. Our collected records, full search and downloads require a paid membership; one example is available publicly. Each source covers its named jurisdiction; it does not cover the whole state. Some sources require manual search, and some publish older reports. See the U.S. records already connected to member search.
Service explicitly describes official building permit data for gis.atlantaga.gov. GET verified individual records, fields RecordID, Name, TypeCombo, Address, Status_1, Opend, JobValue, GrpdStatus, ACA_Link. Includes multiple statuses, so exclude constructed/closed from active leads. This tracker is residential/commercial building scope; trade permits should use the city's Accela search after separate verification. City coverage only; max page size 2000.

Official Socrata individual records fetched; explicit historical archive through 2025-06-30, not a live 2026 lead feed. Fields include buildingpermitno, issue/status dates, joblocation, valuation, applicant, building/electrical/plumbing contractors and type flags. Covers City and County of Honolulu / island of Oahu, not all Hawaii. Current HNL Build portal separately listed.

Latest September PDF https://www3.scottcountyiowa.gov/planning/pub/permit-reports/2026/202609_Permits_Issued_September_2026.pdf returned HTTP 403 in retrieval, so individual PDF fields and contents were not verified. County jurisdiction only; not statewide coverage.

Official portal describes 2006–present issued records, excluding voided/revoked; permit fee payment can remain required before work starts. City only. Distinct live permit_type values verified; electrical work appears under work_type/description and Express permits rather than a current standalone permit_type.
