Individual search results and current record fields not verified; JavaScript app needs manual portal validation before ingestion. Live official Socrata metadata and individual records verified; rows updated October 8, 2026. Includes Neighborhoods, City Planning, Public Works, Parks and Water departments. Fields permit_number, application/issue/expiration/finaled dates, permit_type, work_class, permit_status, project, valuation, address and parcel. No contractor/owner contact columns in this feed. This current dataset supersedes the stale ntw8-aacc CPD feed (newest May 9, 2025). Source has erroneous future issue dates (years 3036 and 2090 observed), so ingestion must exclude dates beyond the current day. Latest valid issue_date verified 2026-10-07 after bounding dates between July 1 and October 10, 2026. Kansas City only.

Jackson's new OpenGov permit application portal is linked from its city building-permits page, but current public permit-record search was not verified; avoid advertising Jackson building coverage yet.
